Measure out 30g of the herb mixture for 1 Litre of water. 2. Combine the herbs and water in a stainless steel or cast iron pot, simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Turn off the heat, cover and leave over night. 4. The following morning, heat to steaming, not quite boiling. 5. Turn off heat and let settle for a few minutes then strain through a fine strainer into a hot sterilised jar. Let cool. 6. Store in Cool and dark, once opened refrigerate. 7. Take 15 to 30ml diluted in hot water at bedtime on an empty stomach, drink plenty of water while using. This makes a concentrated amount that you can prepare and keep in the fridge.
