Its cambered ends distribute weight differently from a standard straight bar, encouraging an upright torso position during squats. This adjustment helps refine technique while increasing upper back and core engagement. The forward-facing handles also position your hands in front of the body, reducing strain on the shoulders, elbows, and wrists—making it ideal for lifters recovering from injuries or dealing with mobility restrictions. With 49.1” (124.7 cm) between cambers, the bar racks easily on most standard and wide racks. It features a dense, high-quality foam pad wrapped in durable, easy-clean vinyl, offering firm comfort and longevity.
