YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TO ME I only charge for the cost of hardware and return shipp ing, not to fix the item if its one our our products, if its someone else's product there will be a small charge for the repair You still have to pay on your end the cost to get the item to me. Sometimes we have to change worn out hardware from straps that are overused or just older versions from years ago. The most common hardware we change out is the Brass Scissor snaps.
