Replaceable Core Kit This Professional Replaceable Plastic Bollard Core Kit is made from durable, hard-wearing plastic, incorporating recycled materials from manufacturing waste. It is available in a standard version suited for moderate traffic areas as well as an anti-ram model for high visibility and protection in outdoor settings used by heavy vehicles. The bollards can be strategically positioned at doorways or shutters to prevent costly collisions with walls and frames. Key Features of the Replaceable Recycled Plastic Bollard: Simple to replace without the need for concrete work. Constructed from 100% recycled MDPE cover. When impacted at speeds over 4 mph, the bollard folds over, eliminating the risk of flying debris that can cause damage or injury. Designed to absorb impact at speeds up to 4 mph without sustaining damage. The bollard cover is reusable; only the core and collar need to be replaced after an impact. Will not cause damage to concrete surfaces when impacted. Can be straightened post-impact before replacement to avoid being a trip hazard while still serving as a visual barrier. Features a vandal-proof locking mechanism that requires special knowledge for removal. Installation Manual: An installation manual is available upon request. Positioning Guidelines A clearance of 1200mm maximum between bollard centers is recommended. Maintain a minimum of 1200mm clearance between the bollard and the surface it is protecting.
