Replacement Coolant Filters – Non-Charged Units These are NON-CHARGED coolant filter elements, which are the only filters we recommend. We no longer offer pre-charged coolant filters and have never recommended their use. Pre-charged filters rely on timed-release SCA tablets, which do not replace proper coolant testing, maintenance, or balancing. For simpler, more effective cooling system maintenance, we recommend using RMI-25 in combination with non-charged coolant filters.
