These small plugs are essential to maintaining your rubber tips, failure to have these inserted correctly will result in much faster wear and tear of your ferrules. The replacement grey plugs sit inside the bottom of Cool Crutches and Walking Sticks. When you remove or change your rubber tips, please check your plugs are properly pushed in to the bottom of your sticks as per the photographs. Over time it's possible these will wear, come loose or become lodged into a ferrule. If this happens you can easily replace before adding new ferrules onto your sticks.
