Installation Instructions: Please follow these steps carefully when replacing your AB1266 headband: Pull one elastic ring under, into, and over the top of the gumdrop holder. Pull up on the ring toward the metal headband to fully seat it inside the gumdrop holder. Repeat for the opposite side, being careful not to stretch either elastic ring more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) during installation. The ABYSS logo should be oriented correctly—left to right when worn. Customizing AB1266 Headband Fitment A new leather headband may stretch slightly over time. To accelerate this break-in process, we recommend hanging the headphone on a stand for a few days, allowing the leather to relax into a more natural position. If you find you need less headband tension or prefer the earpads to sit lower on your ears, you can swap the stock o-rings with slightly larger sizes: US Sizes: 214 or 215 Metric: 3.5 × 24 mm or 3.5 × 24.7 mm Even a small increase in inner diameter can significantly reduce tension.
