To do so, we custom manufacturer that specific piece. To get it perfect, we need some highly-detailed info from you: Reason: We have created an honor system with piece replacement. We will make you a new piece for free. However, If you made an oopsie, we ask you pay the shipping charge. Puzzle Name: Please enter the exact name of the puzzle that is printed on the white label on the puzzle box top. The title is bold and italicized. QA #: There should be a round white sticker in the bottom of the box underneath the tissue paper. The number will look something like this: TAQC #302c Picture of the Missing Piece: Snap a picture of area that contains the missing piece — the void plus two or three pieces on all sides. With the above info inputted, add the piece to your cart and checkout as usual. If your replacement is free, you will not be required to enter a payment method.
