♡ If the wrong address was provided or you forgot to add an apartment number, the package will get sent back to us. A reshipment fee will be required for us to resend your package / for you to receive your package. ♡ Reshipment fee is also required if you did not purchase shipping insurance and there was an issue with delivery by the postal service. We only cover reshipment fees if shipping insurance is purchased. Our standard $4.99 shipping rate is a discounted rate offered on initial orders. For returned packages that require reshipment, the $5.99 reshipment fee covers the cost of purchasing a new USPS shipping label. We do not profit from the reshipment fee. Show more
