Because this event requires custom materials and preparation, cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or same-day reschedule requests are non-refundable. If your Resin Shell experience is scheduled at your rental home and we are unable to contact you or access the location, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
