A resin whisk that mimics the traditional bamboo whisk. No more bamboo tines breaking into drinks and an easier, hygienic clean is possible. Please note, it will not whisk as well as a bamboo whisk as the tines cannot be as fine or delicate. It is however, a great alternative for cafes and hospitality settings which require a more resilient type. We have seen some people use a mix of starting of with the resin whisk to get most of the matcha incorporated and then ending with the bamboo whisk so it's fluffy and light. You may still need to sieve at the end to ensure no tines are in your customers' drink. Show more
