We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every jewelry we make, so we proudly g uarantee that our jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in either materials or workmanship. We are fortunate to use our hands regularly for almost everything in life. However, as time passes, your ring may not fit well—it may need a size adjustment, or it may start showing signs of wear and tear caused by daily activities such as exercise (especially weightlifting or pilates), or the ring may be caught and bent by the grocery shopping cart, etc. Therefore, we recommend adding the resizing, repair, and cleaning service to your ring purchase. The service plan includes: Resizing a ring (up or down) Replacing missing side stones (diamonds or gemstones) Re-tightening or re-building worn-down prongs Re-dipping (rhodium) - white gold or platinum ring only Re-polishing the entire ring Cleaning the entire ring Full inspection Please note: ** This service plan is only for jewelry made by La More Design ** This service does NOT include a replacement of a missing or damaged CENTER STONE ** This service is NOT insurance, so the service does not cover lost or stolen jewelry.
