Our Rest-In is in aid of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF, ‘doctors without borders’) Join us for a 2.5 hours of Restorative Yoga; An immersive experience to reconnect with yourself through rest and reset. These sessions will be held at Wixford Village Hall from 3.15pm to 5.45pm. This is a floor based class that focuses on helping the body enter a state of physiological rest. What you need to bring: A yoga mat, warm socks, extra layers if you tend to run cold (body temperature drops when we reach a state of physiological rest) and if you have a blanket or pillow you would like to bring, please do.
