It uses light, structured touch to apply essential oils. Do I need to remove clothing? For AromaTouch, your upper body and feet will need to be uncovered so the oils can be applied directly. You will remain appropriately covered throughout the session. Will I be clothed during the crystal healing? Yes. Crystal healing is carried out fully clothed once you are lying on your back. How long does the session last? Approximately 90 minutes. Is this suitable if I feel anxious or overwhelmed? Yes. The session is specifically designed to support nervous system regulation before moving into deeper energetic work. Can I book this if I am new to holistic therapies? Absolutely.
