We have lovingly restored this cabinet by stripping the previous finish back to reveal the lighter, more natural oak colour. Clear lacquer was then applied to create a smooth and silky finish that accentuates the intricate wood grain and provides a durable and protective finish for years to come. This cabinet is constructed from a mixture of solid oak, compressed wood, oak veneer and plywood. The carvings on the drawer front, the linenfold styling on the cabinet doors, the attractive oak grain, leaded glazed doors, and ornate hinges all contribute to the charm and quality of this lovely piece.
