This delightful mahogany drop-leaf table will make a great addition to any home. It is both practical and full of unique character. With its drop-leaf design, there is a good amount of room for chairs to fit around neatly. The two leaves then fold down to create more space when needed. One side of the table has a storage drawer which can be seen in the photographs. The other side has a faux drawer. The attractive pedestal legs and original castors give this set plenty of charm and appeal. Due to its years of faithful service, the tabletop has a few marks and stains, and two cracks are visible on one of the extension leaves. This is all clearly evident in the final four photos. We have restored this charming mahogany table by stripping back the previous finish to reveal the natural wood underneath, before applying a clear lacquer to give a hard-wearing and appealing finish. This table is predominantly constructed from solid mahogany with pine also used to connect the pedestal to the tabletop.
