This traditional oak sideboard will create a classic theme in any lounge or dining room. The beautiful oak top is perfectly suited for displaying favourite ornaments or photographs. This sideboard has two drawers with classic archway-style fronts, which are ideal for smaller items and accessories. Below is a double cupboard, with a removable shelf for those items that are best kept out of sight. Our restorers have lovingly brought life back into the sideboard by stripping away the old finish from the wood, and then applying a fresh coat of clear lacquer. This process has both added protection and emphasised the beautiful colour and grain of the wood. This sideboard is constructed from a mixture of solid oak and oak veneered panels. There are several marks on the front edge of the top surface, consistent with age and use; however, this is still a very functional vintage piece.
