Our restoration workshop has stripped the original finish from this sideboard before applying a fresh matt lacquer that enhances the beauty of the natural grain and provides a good level of everyday protection. This sideboard is constructed from a mixture of solid oak and oak veneer. Plywood has been used for the drawer bases and the back panel. There is a scratch on the top surface to the left that we have shown in the final photograph. This is a minor cosmetic imperfection and does not affect the overall appeal of what is a very attractive piece. The beautiful light oak colour and natural grain are sure to complement traditional and modern decorating styles, making this sideboard a charming and flexible storage solution for the family home.
