What’s included: Full restringing of your bracelet using durable, high-quality elastic or wire Careful reassembly of your original design Important Details: All original beads must be provided if restringing is required If beads are missing or need to be replaced, additional charges may apply depending on the material (e.g. gold-filled, sterling silver, gemstones, etc.) We will always confirm any added cost with you before proceeding Local Drop-Off & Pick-Up: This service is available for local customers only Bracelets must be dropped off prior to repair You will be notified when your piece is ready for pick-up Not local? You can ship your piece to us—just note shipping is covered by you.
