Our house Aran Blend is a mix of Sumatra and Brazilian Beans roasted just a hair past medium to bring out the dark chocolate notes of the Sumatra, and the caramel-nuttiness of the Brazil. It's like eating a Snickers bar while sipping your morning cup, just without the candy! I worked directly with Sharewell to make this blend everything I love in a cup of coffee, and I know you'll love it too! It's named after the bold Aran weight yarn that many of us begin our fiber arts journey working on. The Woolen Roast is a single origin Brazil shining bright with notes of Caramel, Nuts, and Cherry. It's our house Espresso blend that is entirely versatile and ready for however you want to brew it! It's name comes from the Woolen Spinning method that creates a yarn with extra space within it that air can get caught and help hold warmth. Laceweight Decaf is all the good fresh roasted coffee flavors minus that heavy caffeine hit. It's a blend of Central American Beans with notes of Fudge, Almond, and Maple Syrup. The Swiss Water Processing these beans go through gets rid of the majority of the caffeine content, but just a bit remains, which is where this blend gets it's name!
