Important Booking Information • External hair not accepted. If your hair is not purchased from our store, please do not book this service. • $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your final balance. • All bookings must be made with a debit or credit card. – We do not accept Afterpay or Zip Pay for online bookings due to past cancellations and refund requests. – Afterpay and Zip Pay are available in-store only on the day of your appointment. • No refunds for cancellations or missed appointments. Please be 100% sure before booking. • Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit and may restrict future bookings. Micro/Weft Extensions Retightening Prices • 100g (2 rows): $250 • 150-200g (3 rows): $350 • 200g (4 rows): $400 • Very fine or short hair requiring a net or multiple rows: $350 – $450 Appointment Guidelines • Please wash your hair before your appointment. – If your hair is not washed prior to arrival, an additional fee of $50–$100 will apply depending on how dirty, thick, or long your hair is, as we will need to wash it before installing. • Installation time: Minimum 1 hour per 100g. Please allow extra time, as we do not rush the process. • No additional guests allowed. Due to limited space, companions cannot stay inside the store. • If you arrive with guests or a companion, we reserve the right to refuse service with no refund, as this policy is strictly enforced for safety and space reasons.
