Always wear a broad spectrum mineral SPF during the day while treating with a retinol New to retinol: Start by using 2 to 3 times per week, at night. If redness or irritation occurs drop usage down to 1 to 2 times per week. It can take the skin a couple of weeks to get used to retinol so start slow and build your usage up.
