What's in the Box One pair of round wire-rim glasses with gold frame and clear lenses These Adult Santa Glasses bring instant vintage charm to any costume with their classic round wire-rim frame in gold finish. The thin metal construction and circular lenses nail the look of 1960s granny glasses, John Lennon-style specs, or Santa's reading glasses. Lightweight gold-tone metal frame with black curved temple tips for comfortable wear. Clear non-prescription lenses make them purely decorative — slip them on over your regular glasses if needed, or wear them solo for the vintage vibe. The round lens shape and thin wire frame work across decades and character types. Perfect For 60s & 70s Decade Parties: Instant hippie credibility for flower power events, disco nights, or retro costume parties. Works with tie-dye, bell-bottoms, or peace-sign tees. Book Week & Literary Characters: Spot-on for vintage professor costumes, storybook grandfather figures, or wizarding school students. Adds the scholarly touch to robes or tweed. How to Wear It Rest the frames on the bridge of your nose for full vintage effect, or perch them halfway down for the "peering over spectacles" professor look. Pair with a white beard for Santa, a headband for hippie, or a pointed hat for wizard. Keep a microfibre cloth handy — fingerprints show on clear lenses. Will these fit over my regular glasses? The frame is quite narrow — they're designed to be worn solo as a costume piece. If you wear prescription glasses, consider contact lenses for the event or skip the accessory. Are the lenses tinted or clear? Clear non-prescription lenses. They're a costume accessory, not functional eyewear. Some light distortion is normal — don't wear them for driving or tasks requiring clear vision. Will the gold finish rub off with wear? The plating is durable for short-term costume use (a day's party or event). Avoid getting them wet or storing in humid conditions to preserve the gold tone longer. Can kids wear these too? The frame is adult-sized but works for older kids (10+) with average-to-large head circumference. For younger children, look for dedicated kids' costume glasses with smaller frames. Care: Wipe lenses with soft cloth; store in a protective case between uses.
