Set out to dry, then store in a dry place like a cupboard, drawer, or on your countertop. Do not use on hot surfaces or food. Let food cool completely before wrapping, if applicable. Heat will melt the beeswax off the wrap and may affect the effectiveness and lifespan of the wrap. Some transference of wax onto hard surfaces after wrapping is normal, especially with a new wrap.
