Please note that labels are not created instantly... Do not request same-day, as this often cannot be accommodated. Please request at least 2 business days in advance of when needed. Labels are good for 14 days once issued. Do NOT add any other items to the cart. This should be the ONLY item in the order when you checkout. LIMIT 1 LABEL PER PERSON, PER ROTATION. The shipping address during checkout is where you are shipping your bag FROM (your RETURN ADDRESS). All PPE bags will be routed to the Ft. Worth Warehouse. If you need it to be shipped elsewhere, please contact your PM or the warehouse directly to help arrange. If you are requesting this label for someone else, you MUST enter their name in the notes section of the cart (before checkout). This helps us to pinpoint the last known location of the PPE bags in case a shipment becomes lost by the carrier. Avoid placing orders for others, unless absolutely necessary. ONLY 1 PERSON PER ORDER. If you need to request for multiple people, please submit separate orders, for the reason described above. BAGS CANNOT CONTAIN BATTERIES OR CHEMICALS Typical PPE bag returns are approximately 30lbs & box dimensions are 24x16x16... If you exceed these weights or dimensions (generally due to placing personal belongings in your bag), you may be charged an additional fee. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN DELAYS Once we process your shipping label, warehouse will send you the shipping label via workplace chat OR email.
