Items that are defective - please notify us and we will deal with this on a case by case bases as this is very rare. Please, PLEASE understand our items are super limited and move super fast, which is the reason behind our 14 day policy. Trying to break this policy hurts everyone. If you return an item that has not been authorized to return, you will be notified if you do not respond, we will wait one week and then donate to charity with no credit issued.
