This link covers the cost for returning your item back to our factory in Spain for a refund. This is the fee the factory charges us. Once payment is received, we’ll provide you wit h the shipping labels and a customs invoice to include with the return package. You can then schedule a pickup with the courier who is either DHL/FEDEX/UPS Once the return is received by the factory, we will issue you with a refund within 10 days. Show more
