Variety: 100% Sauvignon Growing: The grapes are harvested manually, destemmed, and put into vats for 10-15 days for fermentation. Winemaking: The 6 hectares of the estate are compo sed of Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and a bit of Pinot Gris. The whole property has been certified organic since the 2021 vintage. Tasting Notes: An excellent Sauvignon from the Loire Valley, offering a lovely aromatic profile highlighted by a subtle mineral note. Its body is ample, perfectly balanced, and flavors of peach, pear, lemon, and grapefruit round the palate. Food Pairings: This wine is perfect as an aperitif and also pairs beautifully with seafood.
