Step 2: Drain... after soaking, drain and rinse your seeds a few times before placing your jar and sprout hugger upside down on the reservoir. Repeat regularly. Step 3: Rinse... rinsing your seeds and sprouts should be done frequently (twice a day at least). Remove any excess water, then return the jar to the reservoir.
