This one-of-a-kind hollow form is turned from English Sycamore and finished in a satin varnish to bring out the natural beauty of the grain. The surface is carefully coloured in a reverse cherry-burst gradient, transitioning from deep, rich reds through warm tones into the natural pale wood. The result is a smooth, flowing form that draws the eye and invites closer inspection. Natural inclusions and grain features are preserved intentionally, adding character and a sense of movement across the surface. The opening is minimal, keeping focus on the gentle curve and balanced profile of the piece. This vase is designed as a decorative art object.
