Condition: Excellent with slight/light surface marks from regular/careful use. Reviol low whistles are super consistent. Maurice learned the art of whistle making from Cillian O'Br ian. When Cillian's uilleann pipe waiting list was growing to about 10 years long, he gave Maurice his blessing to make low whistles of similar design.
