If you’re feeling exhausted, run down and need to put some pep into your step, enjoy a long, restoring Revive & Restore soak with stimulating Australian tea tree, reviving rosemary and clean lemon. WHAT’S IN THIS BATH SOAK: Epsom Salts, Premium Quality Essential Oils of: Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Lemon (Citrus limonum). We use pure food grade Epsom salts known to promote the elimination of acidic waste from muscles and joints and encourage relaxation. Our bath soaks are free from flowers, petals, artificial colours and fragrances. LIVE BETTER EVERY DAY: We’ve created our bath soaks to support you to live better every day. HOW TO USE OUR BATH SOAK: INVIGORATING BATH Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running water for an invigorating bath to overcome mental and emotional exhaustion. Excellent for recovery from sore muscles and colds and flu. Ensure salts and bath water are mixed thoroughly before stepping into bath. Light a few candles and enjoy. Epsom salts are reputed to assist with quick recovery from symptoms of colds and flu. Epsom salts are known to ease muscle aches and help you get some much needed sleep so you can recover faster. REFRESHING FOOT SOAK Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running warm water in a large bowl /dish. Soak your feet for 20 – 30 minutes. Make sure you have towels nearby to dry your feet. Moisturise and soften your feet with our Revive & Restore hand and body balm. SAFETY FIRST: Our bath soaks are made with pure 100% essential oils. Please do not use them on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
