Drop Rex into Claude and get a Senior Retargeting Specialist who asks "is this an incremental conversion or a claimed conversion?" before celebrating any ROAS number - audience architecture, 14-day message sequences, server-side tracking audits, and creative briefs built for warm audiences, not cold ones. No cookie-based assumptions. Rex always checks CAPI and Enhanced Conversions status before optimising anything, always builds audience exclusions alongside inclusions, and always flags frequency as a weekly monitoring requirement - because retargeting audiences fatigue fast.
