The Reznor 195072 Ventor Bracket is a critical OEM replacement part designed specifically for the secure mounting of venter motor assemblies in high-efficiency gas-fired heating units. Engineered for the Reznor UDAP and UDAS series, this 3-5/8 inch diameter bracket ensures precise alignment between the inducer motor and the venter housing, which is vital for maintaining consistent combustion airflow. This HVAC inducer motor bracket is fabricated from high-strength steel with a corrosion-resistant finish to withstand the high-temperature environment of the combustion-air intake system, preventing vibration-induced hardware failure. Field installation requires verifying the bracket’s orientation to ensure the venter wheel and isolator bushings remain properly centered within the venter housing out-let. For technicians servicing industrial unit heaters, using this genuine Reznor 195072 part is essential for upholding ANSI Z83.8 performance standards and ensuring the pressure switch operates within the manufacturer’s specified water column (WC) parameters. Proper inducer assembly stability directly correlates to total system reliability and heat exchanger longevity. Key Benefits: Ensures precise motor alignment to reduce mechanical wear on inducer wheels. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel for superior load-bearing capacity in vertical or horizontal vent runs. Compatible with Reznor UDAP, UDAS, and UDBP model ranges (sizes 30-400). Features pre-drilled mounting holes for rapid field replacement during emergency service calls. Maintains OEM specifications for vibration dampening and combustion system stability. Common Questions: How do I know if the Reznor 195072 ventor bracket needs replacement? Inspect the bracket for signs of corrosion, stress fractures, or metal fatigue. Excessive venter motor vibration or high-pitched noise during the pre-purge cycle often indicates a compromised or misaligned mounting bracket. Is the 195072 bracket compatible with all Reznor heaters? This specific venter motor bracket is designed for the Reznor UDX, UDAP, and UDAS series. Always check your unit's serial plate and parts list to confirm compatibility before installation. Does this bracket include the venter motor gasket? No, the 195072 is the metal mounting bracket only. It is professional practice to replace the venter motor gasket (typically PN 201472) and isolator bushings simultaneously to ensure a proper airtight seal.
