People are going missing in Rezvar, and no one knows why. The city sits behind the wall of a prehistoric dam and serves as a vital caravan stop for travelers making their way across the blue deserts of Vaarn. The masses are ruled by Plumber-Banker cartels and extorted by splicer street gangs. In this chaos, a cyborg cult gains popularity, and its devotees leave the city for their citadel in the wilderness.
