Please read below for how custom orders work. If you would like to purchase an already finished artwork (NOT CUSTOM) please go to the tab titled "Rhinestone Art." PLEASE READ INSTR UCTIONS CAREFULLY. Determine the amount of rhinestone colors you would like for your animal and choose that option. After you place an order, you will receive an email within 24 hours from [email protected]. We will discuss the animal and colors you want for your artwork. If you do not receive an email within 24hrs please check your spam folder. If you still do not see an email from us, please email us with your order number and name in the subject line. Please view the rhinestone colors and have in mind the colors you want to use (choose only the amount of colors that you purchased). After discussions have completed, I will begin working on your artwork. After completion, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. **All custom pieces take 3-6 weeks to complete and ship. **Note, if you want more rhinestone colors than the amount you chose, there will be an added price.
