BEFORE PRESSING, REMOVE THE WHITE PLASTIC BACKING FROM THE TRANSFER. HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS: Temp: 330 degrees Fahrenheit Time: 15 Seconds Pressure: MEDIUM TO HEAVY Peel: COOL/COLD Peel PLACE THE TRANSFER FACING UP ON YOUR GARMENT. PLACE TEFLON ON TOP OF DESIGN PRESS FOR 15 SECONDS THEN TURN INSIDE OUT AND PRESS FOR ANOTHER 5 SECONDS. LET IT COOL AND SLOWLY PEEL CARE INSTRUCTIONS ONCE PRESSED: To ensure the longevity, please follow these care instructions: Turn the garment inside out before machine washing it in cold water.
