Rhodochrosite is a very pretty gemstone made from manganese carbonate minerals. It comes in a hues of pink, bringing forth memories of the blooming cherry blossoms during spring. Like all pink stones, rhodochrosite, which is associated with the heart charka, promotes unconditional love, so much so that it is known as the compassionate heart.
