Midnight Ruby Rhododendron is a dwarf evergreen shrub with a mounding growth and dark bronze green foliage that deepens to a near black in fall and winter. Clusters of wavy edged, light purple pink flowers with darker speckling contrast against the dark foliage and bloom in late spring. A very versatile plant that prefers partial sun, particularly in hot climates, with acidic rich, well-drained soils.
