Riazul is a Jalisco-based tequila made from 100% blue agave. Aged three years in American oak, then finished for an additional year in Oloroso Sherry casks, the spirit picks up a w arm amber color and layered complexity uncommon in most añejo releases. The sherry finish pushes dried fruit and baking spice forward, while vanilla and sweet cooked agave anchor the mid-palate.
