The RIB is part of VANCE's first collection, a soft, but experimental casual-wear catalog that aims to ease the audience into the brand's outlook. The RIB itself was designed and c reated by the designer in Blender, where he self-taught the process of 3D-modeling shoes. Natural State, the collection name, represents his home and each design takes after a memory of that reference. The RIB relates to his experience with the medical field -- the friends who aspire to become doctors, the actual visits to the hospital, and family members who've made it their livelihood. This shoe represents their foundation and the soles of the medical staff's feet. Show more
