The rib cap is taken from the outside of the cube roll or rib eye and often more marbled. It is a versatile piece that can be cooked whole, cut as steaks or thin sliced for yakinik u grilling. If frozen we recommend defrosting in your fridge before consuming. Prices per kg For delivered chilled products please consume within 3-5 days from delivery. For delivered frozen products please consume within 3 weeks. We recommended defrosting smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 3-5 days in a refrigerator.
