Description: It is boneless All Natural Black Angus Kansas Grass Fed finished on grain for 30 days, Naturally Aged & Marbled to Perfection. Anti-biotic and hormone free. Packaging: One vacuum packed Rib Roast per box approximately 6lbs. Preparation: Oven roast from thawed uncovered: 325 degrees. Brush entire roast with olive oil before seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic (additional seasonings optional) place fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan.
