Long-grain brown rice is perfect in everything from pilafs to casseroles to stir-fries. Grown in Northern California, certified organic, and naturally gluten-free. Cooking Directions: Combine 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, and 3 tsp. butter (optional) in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 50 min. Remove from heat (with lid on) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. You can also prepare in a rice cooker, using the same ratio of water to rice.
