ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Milk The Expedition Foods meals labelled 'gluten free' contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten and are suitable for coeliacs. We have audited procedures in place in order to minimise any risk of cross contamination. However, please note, our production facility is not a gluten-free site. PREPARATION: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 125ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.
