Please note it cannot be exchanged or returned. Remove wet stains by carefully dabbing with a lint free cloth or sponge dampened with warm, detergent-free water. If the stain remains, we recommend using a chemical dry-cleaning product (for instance KR2) or getting the fabric dry cleaned professionally. Each sofa is made to order and hence takes 12 - 16 weeks to make and deliver. ** If you are unsure about which fabric to order, we suggest popping into our store to see the fabrics first. *** Please note: - Made to order products are non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
