As filleting knives often work in wet conditions, Rig Ezy’s Filleting Knife has a comfortable ergonomically designed handle with a soft, rubberised, non-slip grip, and are shaped w ith a secure grip to keep fingers safe. There are 3 mount points on the handle to secure the knife if necessary. The flexible 165mm long stainless steel trailing point blade is 20mm wide at the base, and a 1.5mm diameter. With flexibility for precise cuts, on the back of the blade, is a scaler/saw capable of cutting through fishbone, or use the ‘V’ blade to take off individual spines.
