Rigatoni is the crowd pleaser for heavier sauces. It is as durable as it is delicious! This pasta is toothsome and slightly sweet, and very satisfying. Mancini pasta is produced fr om durum wheat cultivated directly by the company. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. They use circular bronze die plates and dry the pasta at temperatures lower than 130F, taking about 25 hours for short pasta and about 45 hours for long pasta.
