This set of ring frames are are FIG approved and are ideal for training and competition use. They feature a fully height adjustable set of rings, reinforced tubular steel frame and come complete with the quick release chain tension cabling system. This ring frame adjusts in height between 2.65m and 2.95m. The distance between the rings is 50cm, the diameter is 2.8cm and they have an internal diameter of 18cm. The cabling system utilises a floor space area of approximately 5.5m wide by 4m long (without mats). The cabling is fully adjustable using the rapid tensioners making cable adjustments easy. You will need to purchase 4 ground anchors (available separately here) for the ring frame.
