Your Melanie Casey ring doesn’t fit perfectly? You’ve come to the right place! Our rings can safely be resized (only by our expert jewelers) within 3 sizes of its original size. So, if you ordered a size 7 ring and it doesn’t fit, we can resize it down to a size 4 or up to a size 10 safely. Resizes outside of that window require a new setting to be made in order to protect the structural integrity of the piece. Please reach out to our customer care team to request a quote for this service. (*Note: Our current timeline for resizing requests is 6 weeks from the time we receive your ring. Please note that any necessary additional repairs may extend this timeline.) We recommend confirming your ring size first so we can avoid additional resizes.
